Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence enterprise Live2.ai has secured ₹130 crore ($13.7 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by venture capital firm IvyCap Ventures. The transaction combines primary growth capital with a secondary share sale that offers partial liquidity to early undisclosed backers, according to reporting by Inc42.
The company plans to deploy the fresh infusion to advance its agentic intelligence platform, accelerate enterprise adoption, and widen its global footprint across key international markets.
Scaling Autonomous Agentic Architecture
Founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora, Live2.ai builds software tailored for digital consumer brands navigating fragmented social channels. The company counts institutional investors such as Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV, and Duane Park among its cap table participants.
Live2.ai operates an AI-native social intelligence suite designed to unify digital listening, content compliance, and commerce. The platform monitors incoming discussions across networks including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), and third-party review aggregators. Beyond passive monitoring, the system integrates social publishing workflows and converts standard digital content into interactive, shoppable experiences.
Technically, the platform relies on an architecture of eight specialized AI agents. These agents handle crisis detection, trend spotting, content audits, and automated brand responses, incorporating enterprise governance controls alongside human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
"Brands today are drowning in signals and starved of action. Every conversation, creator post and trend spike is a revenue decision waiting to be made, and most are made too late or not at all," said co-founder and Chief Executive Officer J Venkat in an operational briefing documented by Inc42. "This funding lets us close that gap, with detection, decision and activation running in one governed loop for enterprise customers across North America, Europe and APAC."
Operational Priorities and Expansion Breakdown
Live2.ai plans to expand its regional cloud compute framework to ensure low-latency data processing and support multi-region data compliance standards. The startup will also direct resources toward recruiting talent across engineering, data science, and enterprise customer success units in India, Singapore, North America, and Europe.
| Operational Dimension | Growth Baseline | Projected Post-Fundraise Focus |

The Shift Toward Governed Brand Operations
Modern consumer enterprises face operational bottlenecks when analyzing high-volume digital chatter. Traditional social listening dashboards flag sentiment fluctuations but often leave workflow execution disconnected from brand safety checks. Live2.ai attempts to bridge this gap by enforcing automated influencer auditing and regulatory compliance checks before posts go live.
By linking automated detection directly to digital publishing and shoppable storefronts, the platform targets enterprise-scale digital marketing budgets that increasingly demand accountable return on ad spend.
