Bengaluru-based artificial intelligence startup Live2.ai has raised ₹130 crore ($13.7 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, moving to accelerate the international deployment of its marketing intelligence technology.
The financing comprises a mix of primary capital injection and a secondary share transaction, according to reporting by Inc42. The secondary component will offer liquidity to undisclosed early investors, while existing institutional backers on the cap table include Duane Park, SOSV, and Sony Innovation Fund.

Scaling Agentic Intelligence and Enterprise Footprint
Live2.ai develops an enterprise SaaS platform engineered to unify social listening, influencer marketing compliance, and multi-channel publishing. Founded by J Venkat, Neha Suyal, and Yash Arora, the platform actively tracks brand mentions and consumer sentiment across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and e-commerce review portals.
Management indicated that the newly raised capital will be allocated toward refining its agentic architecture, strengthening regional cloud infrastructure, and advancing commercial outreach across consumer brands. Live2.ai is also undertaking recruitment drives across its data science, engineering, and customer success divisions spanning India, Singapore, Europe, and North America.
"Brands today are drowning in signals and starved of action," said Live2.ai chief executive officer J Venkat. "Every conversation, creator post and trend spike is a revenue decision waiting to be made, and most are made too late or not at all. This funding lets us close that gap, with detection, decision and activation running in one governed loop for enterprise customers across North America, Europe and APAC."

Operational Differentiators and Multi-Agent Workflows
The software environment differentiates itself by coordinating eight autonomous AI agents tasked with specific workflow requirements, including real-time crisis detection, consumer trend identification, creator audit compliance, and automated consumer engagement. These operational layers operate alongside governance guardrails and human-in-the-loop review capabilities, allowing brands to convert online audience interactions into shoppable digital experiences.
With marketing teams shifting budgets toward measurable attribution and compliance automation, the investment highlights sustained private equity interest in enterprise-ready generative and agentic software layers.
