The Small Print (AKA The Dull Stuff)
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Nutriseed is not responsible for them. If these local import/customs charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to Nutriseed or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to Nutriseed.
Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Please Order from Nutriseed with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Nutriseed cannot be responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Exchanges and Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept opened packages for refund.
Online Purchases via Nutriseed
If you purchased our products through our websites and you don’t like our product for any reason, ship any unopened bags to us within 7 days from the shipping date and we’ll refund your money. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Paypal reference transactions
After checkout, you may be presented with a promotional offer you have the right to not accept this offer and no further payment will be taken. If you do accept this offer our refund policy applies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when your refund is processed. If there is a dispute, you will be contacted immediately.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may not show up on your account for 7 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, first double check your bank account and credit card account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Proof of purchase is necessary for all refunds. All online purchases will be refunded through the payment method used to pay for the original purchase.
Nutriseed Cold Pressed Juice Cleanse Terms
If Nutriseed is contacted 24-hours prior to the dispatch date we will re-allocate your delivery date or issue a refund if required. Re-allocation must take place within 1 calendar month of the original specified delivery date and re-allocations may be to a different address (delivery surcharges may apply).
Once delivered, due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Nutriseed cold pressed juices are dispatched via DPD on a 24 hour service.
A delivery charge is applicable to all orders. A variable surcharge will apply on premium delivery services and certain postcodes.
All supplementary products ordered will be shipped together with your juices.
All parcels are instructed to be left safe, however on some occasion when the incorrect instructions are provided, the delivery driver may return the item to the depot and it may as a result be destroyed due to its perishable nature. Nutriseed cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of deliveries once they have been correctly left as per your instructions or if your instructions are insufficient or unclear and the product is returned to the depot.
Personal Information Protection Policy
At Nutriseed we are committed to providing our subscribers and/or customers with exceptional service. As providing this service involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal information about our subscribers and customers, protecting their personal information is one of our highest priorities.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Nutriseed does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them.
The copyright in Nutriseed and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the Nutriseed web site is owned by or licensed to Nutriseed, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.
Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Nutriseed.uk, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.
You may use Nutriseed for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Nutriseed.uk for the sole purpose of placing Orders. The materials on Nutriseed.uk may not be used for any other purpose.
Nutriseed and our logos are trade names or trade marks of Nutriseed and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission. We have applied for a registered trademark in the name "Nutriseed" and we are also the owners of unregistered trade mark rights in them.
However, Nutriseed does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on Nutriseed.uk belong to their respective owners.
