Bengaluru-based enterprise software startup QwikBuild has closed a $2.3 million (approximately ₹22 crore) pre-seed round led by Tokyo-listed IT firm Globalway. The early-stage raise includes backing from Blume Ventures, DeVC, Marsshot, Groww founder Lalit Keshre, and Curefoods CEO Ankit Nagori, as first reported by Inc42.
The company will allocate the newly acquired capital toward setting up a dedicated commercial presence in the United States, scaling operations across Southeast Asia, and advancing its core enterprise artificial intelligence architecture. Alongside the direct equity investment, QwikBuild established a formal joint venture with Globalway to break into Japan's enterprise software ecosystem, with operational rollout slated before the end of 2026.
Codifying Core Business Logic Over Discrete Tasks
Founded in 2025 by former Slice executive Pradeep Ayyagari, QwikBuild creates custom enterprise software and autonomous AI agents designed to compress deployment life cycles. Rather than restricting automation to single, isolated workflows—such as generating phone calls or routing tickets—the platform focuses on codifying underlying organizational decision logic.
"Tech has always been the enabler. But adoption of tech was always the hardest problem that I have seen," Ayyagari explained. "Tech and business can work parallelly together."
In practical enterprise deployments, the architecture allows teams to build full-stack applications from scratch, bypass legacy debt, or implement agile custom operational layers over entrenched platforms like Salesforce and SAP. During one internal workflow test, Ayyagari noted the system's responsive speed: "The agent understood what the context was. The feature was immediately built within the next five minutes."

Market Expansion Strategy and Future Outlook
QwikBuild currently services more than 100 enterprise clients across India, Dubai, Southeast Asia, and North America. Approximately 10% to 12% of this roster consists of large conglomerates, whereas roughly 30% comprises mid-sized and smaller companies using the system to launch custom digital operations without hiring dedicated engineering departments.
The strategic alignment with Globalway provides an established channel partner in Japan, where demand for modernization tools remains constrained by engineering labor shortages. Ayyagari highlighted that software automation remains in its infancy globally: "Hardly 1% of enterprises have adopted AI. It’s a huge market that needs to be unlocked."
