Tennis icons Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf raised $300,000 for their respective charitable organizations through an auction of 20 luxury timepieces, according to reporting by Times of India — Top Stories. The event was organized to celebrate the couple's decade-long collaboration with Swiss watchmaker Longines.
Hosted at the Musée Rodin in Paris, the 2018 charity auction brought together supporters to mark the milestone partnership while directing vital financial resources toward philanthropic initiatives centered on youth welfare and education.
Funding Youth Education and Trauma Recovery
The proceeds from the timepiece sales were designated to benefit the charitable foundations established by the two Grand Slam champions. The funds directly support initiatives aimed at improving educational access and assisting children undergoing trauma recovery.
Agassi and Graf have long focused their post-athletic careers on child development, channeling corporate partnerships and donor contributions into structured social programs.
Expansion for Children for Tomorrow
Among the beneficiaries was Children for Tomorrow, a nonprofit foundation established by Graf. The organization works to provide therapeutic support and psychiatric aid to children and families who have experienced the trauma of war, violence, or displacement.
Thanks to the newfound funding generated by the Paris auction, Graf's foundation expanded its reach directly into schools, increasing support services for students in need of psychological care and stabilization.
